What are we doing?

One-Way Shape Memory Training

It is a process that includes the heat treatment parameters necessary for creating simple two-dimensional or complex shapes in NiTinol materials and for memorizing these shapes. As a result of this training, when the NiTinol material is heated to high temperature, it returns to its memorized form.

 

Two Way Shape Memory Training

Shape memory effect behavior of Nickel-Titanium alloys embraces the role of alloys in converting thermal energy to mechanical energy. Our company can provide bidirectional shape memory training by creating a secondary phase in NiTinol materials with various heat treatment procedures according to the purpose used.

 

Changing Conversion Temperature

NiTinol materials can have various transformation temperatures. These transformation temperatures are determined by the ratio of Nickel and Titanium in production. With the heat treatments applied in our company  The transformation temperatures can be changed without changing the structure composition. Thus, the products are produced in the most optimum conditions according to the working conditions.
