Hot-Cold Rolling and Wire Drawing

Rolling and wire drawing processes are applied to produce products of desired diameter from materials or to gain strength-enhancing properties. With these processes, our product portfolio has gained a wide range.

Applied Transactions

Rolling

Rolling process; It is the plastic shaping process applied to the material by passing the materials between the rollers rotating around their axis. In this way, the desired end product can be obtained. In the rolling process, the rollers rotate at the same speed and in the opposite direction to each other. Each pass of the products to be rolled between the rolling rolls is called a pass. Rolling process is generally the most used method among plastic deformation methods. Thanks to this method, improvements in product microstructure and mechanical properties can be achieved.

The product planned to be obtained in the rolling process;

Production speed can be adjusted, Continuity can be ensured and Process controls can be adjusted easily.

In the rolling process, hot and cold rolling processes are carried out, and the desired part quality, mechanical properties and the ability to form the parts directly affect the choice of the method to be applied.

Wire Drawing

Wire drawing is the process of reducing the cross section of a thick wire by passing it through a matrix (mold).
